Currently I am working on a custom house project. This project utilizes a steep irregular slope from which the home is anchored.
The project includes a mix of stone, concrete, steel, glass, and water in the structure.

I am also working on a redevelopment project. This project encompasses a ten square block area northeast of downtown Winnipeg adjacent to the Red River and three blocks from the Portage and Main intersection.
Currently a depressed and underdeveloped area with many missing buildings, but a open southern exposure and a large park directly opposite.
The project includes a mix of high and low rise residential, and commercial structures as well as community spaces.

Some features of the plan will be community gardens, recycled water, and geothermal heating and cooling. The intention is to create a self sustaining community, but not a bioshere.

The area will be a bicycle and walking village atmosphere with traffic patterns changed to support this concept.
