This custom home with sweeping views of the valley and mountains, sits on property at the entrance to the exclusive ski in/ski out Sunridge Development neighborhood on Whistler Mountain.
A serpentine retaining wall follows the outer perimeter of the property forming a border separating the planting areas and a courtyard.

Eight fir log roof support columns around the home are based on a concrete cap formed to the stone clad support columns.

The poured in place concrete coping, of the stone clad retaining walls and stairs, was formed with a two inch overhang to each side.
The coping wraps around the first floor courtyard, from a Sculpted Rock Wall at the private hot tub spot in the Southwest corner through the North barbecue area before returning to the house. It branches out creating a border for an upper planter .

The upper planter runs from the courtyard across the north of the house to the east corner connecting to the stairs. An intersection slopes down to the street level creating the lower planter areas.

The stairs with twenty five steps and three landings, curve down from the second floor to the driveway creating the upper border of the planter.
